We have unexpectedly run into some problems in Phum Leav. It seems like installing the tube well is a much bigger problem than had been anticipated. They have drilled to a depth of 64m with no success. Because it will cost an extra US$3000 to explore deeper, they have no choice but to consider the less favorable option of an open well. Even that is a prioblem because of the rocky strata.
Literally between a rock and a hard place.
